This location rarely has anything you want. This was before a stocking issue in the US. You ask for chocolate ice cream, ?we ran... out,? a specific donut ?they?re all gone.? Like it?s so often it almost seems like they?re lying to not have to go get yourorder. I definitely take my business to a Cold Stones when I?m feeling for ice cream. They?re reliable. Read more
By far the slowest drive thru for any business I have every experienced. I am writing this review while sitting in the drive... thru because I have the time to do it. The staff is friendly but not as efficient as they could be. The inside is often dirtywith napkins and straw wrappers strewn about. This is a great location geography wise, but the time it takes to simply get acoffee is outrageous. Read more
Receipt clearly says chocolate frosted sprinkles and I got strawberry instead. If I didn?t have hungry kids that just wanted... anything to eat at that point, this would?ve gone to waste! Read more
Most of the staff was extremely short, and unhelpful. I asked about ice cream flavors and got no help, asked about drinks that... were on the menu and got rudely told that we don't serve that. Unsure of what was happening that day but all but one member wasrude. Ordered a quart of icecream due to no labels on any icecream in the coolers, and the quart had a unpleasant texture, likeit had somewhat melted, and been refrozen. Last few rounds of getting coffee at this location have been almost inedible, unsureif staff or management has changed, but I'm saddened that such a fantastically located DD is now really not worth going too. Walk-in counter service was great. The staff, even though busy, provided prompt and friendly service. My coffee was fresh,... nice and hot and prepared as requested. I was there at noon on a Tuesday. Read more
Wait time for an order of 2 donuts about 10 min. You can see multiple employees inside packed behind the counter being highly... inefficient. Witnessed multiple cars in the drive thru leave. There are some serious issues at this location regardingprofessionalism of the employees as well as efficiency. I inquired about what is going on and she said short staffed. Whilethat may be partially true that does not address the customer service or professionalism. Seems to be no training and nobody incharge. Find the next closest location, it is that bad. Read more
Trash location with oblivious staff. I've visited here on multiple occasions at various times of day; every single time, the... location had mobile ordering turned off, citing "short staffing". However, the parking lot was empty and the drive through hadjust two vehicles in it (see included image). The staff is largely disinterested; the orders are seldom correct to thecustomer's specifications: extra skim milk was presented as barely above black. Would not recommend this location if you haveother options along your commute. Read more
Lauren, the store manager, is extremely helpful and sweet. My husband and I were accidentally given the wrong drink in the drive... thru and she remade it for us and gave us a free donut. she truly is very kind and has great customer service. Read more
