I was in 5 guys on 11/17/22. Approximately 7pm. There was something wrong with the soda machine. So I talked to the person that... took our order about it,but he said thery were to busy to check it. I then talked to the manager who said her name was nai. Shedidn't even acknowledge me. She looked in the machine, shut it and rudly walked away. I sat down to finish my meal. I thoughtmaybe she would walk over and say it was fixed,but no just went on her way back behind the counter. I am very disappointed withhow she handled the situation. Read more
Good service and good food. Staff was kind and attentive to everything. Best $5 burger I've ever had, too bad it cost $10.
I love Five Guys, but the Odenton location is lame. I didn't get what I ordered, and our food was cold. There are a few folks... working there that take their sweet time, so it's been slow service. It's not an isolated incident; happens a lot. The Greenbeltlocation is also poor. Other locations I've been to across the country have been awesome. Crofton has been my best experience inMD.
