I was in 5 guys on 11/17/22. Approximately 7pm. There was something wrong with the soda machine. So I talked to the person that... took our order about it,but he said thery were to busy to check it. I then talked to the manager who said her name was nai. Shedidn't even acknowledge me. She looked in the machine, shut it and rudly walked away. I sat down to finish my meal. I thoughtmaybe she would walk over and say it was fixed,but no just went on her way back behind the counter. I am very disappointed withhow she handled the situation. Read more
Good service and good food. Staff was kind and attentive to everything. Best $5 burger I've ever had, too bad it cost $10.
I love Five Guys, but the Odenton location is lame. I didn't get what I ordered, and our food was cold. There are a few folks... working there that take their sweet time, so it's been slow service. It's not an isolated incident; happens a lot. The Greenbeltlocation is also poor. Other locations I've been to across the country have been awesome. Crofton has been my best experience inMD. I normally go to this five guys and have wonderful food and service. But today my fries were burnt and no bacon on the bacon... cheeseburger, nor mustard. I called to ask someone if something could be done and was put on hold and then immediately hung upon. Called back and talked with someone who then passed me to the trainee and then they hung up on me. Very disappointed andupset. Read more
Sorry the burger was so good this what was left when I got ready to do the review. I have to say I have not had 5 Guys in quite... some time. But this bacon cheeseburger was out of this world good you could taste the freshness !!!! The restaurant wasnice And clean. They social distance the tables is you wanted to eat there. Great service! I ordered ahead and picked up in the store. I set the time for pick up, and it's ready on time. Food is always... hot and fresh. Why 4 stars for the food category? The fries were way too salty. I actually had to shake them off. Read more
