Update... We arrived at the drive-up pick up window and was not greeted right away. Several people walked by and said nothing.... Then we were finally greeted by someone who acted like he didn't want to do his job. He wasn't customer service friendly atall. My pizza was made with very limited toppings. It barely had any sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage or onions. Looks like itwas made by a novice in a hurry that just threw it together and ran out of toppings. Ew everyone who works with making the pizzas has a huge beard and no net it's nasty
Just ordered from here and the pizza was not good at all. It was cold and tasted doughy. I ordered two extra garlic sauces and... did not get them. The extra sauces are not free. *UPDATE: submitted the post-order survey & received credit for a replacement pizza & poppers. Used credit today & the order was... successful, the pizza is great, the poppers full count & are a perfect size. Thankful for the improved customerservice. ORIGINAL: Ordered 30ct chicken poppers, very disappointed with what was provided. Also, toppings were not spread onthe pizza & the garlic butter spilled in the box. Read more
Consistently the WORST Papa John?s pizza and service I?ve ever experienced. If I could order from another PJ?s I would. The... pizzas are poorly made, not cooked to specifications. The delivery times are never right always, takes 20-30 minutes longer thanquoted. The managers aren?t helpful. Just an all around poor franchise location. RIP your 5 star review. This place has gone downhill. I ordered 2 ?medium? pizzas and they?re completely different sizes. So... much sauce that each slice was a floppy mess. And sloooow delivery. Don?t order from here. Pick up a pre made crust and makeyour own for a fraction of the price. Read more
Usually, I'm a big fan of PJs. This time I walked in after I got the text that said it's done. They said it would be a few more... minutes, so I waited. Turns out my order was sitting on the warmer the entire time, and the crust was soft and undercooked. Theatmosphere is irrelevant since you can't sit down to eat. Otherwise, it's a pizza shop.
