Everywhere in Odenton was busy with crazy long wait times so we decided to just have pizza delivered to our hotel room. Not only... was the food delicious, but it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. They beat the other local small pizza restaurantsnearby on taste, delivery time, and price. Just don't order here. Severn is better off without this establishment. I ordered a simple large pizza for delivery and wait for... an hour past the delivery time. I called to see what happened and they said I never ordered. I confirmed the order number andthen they stated the pizza was delivered. I told them I never got the pizza and they said I was wrong. Two different excuseswithin matter of minutes. They were even shady enough to tip themselves a whooping 25 percent for a pizza they never deliveredon. Overall it's a bunch of children running the establishment. When the money's funny, theres generally worse issues in thekitchen. I've had issues with other pizza boli and thought it was location specific. Nope, they are all garbage due to poorcorporate management and shady practices. Read more
Pizza was really not great, who knows if I would have felt differently if it had been fresh. First time ordering from Pizza... Boli?s and most definitely my last. Ordered at 9:34 and didn?t receive pizza until about 10:40. I live 1.1 miles/5 minutes fromthe store. Home with my sleeping kids. I ordered one medium pizza. At 9:30 at night. Why the ridiculous wait? The pizza wasslightly warm at best, cheese was stiff and sad. No remarkable flavor. Delivery guy was very sweet. Read more
Horrible pizza, I won't return and I do not recommend. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza with bacon added, which was an extra ~$1.50.... Check out how much bacon I got! It was astoundingly lacking, just a pinch of bacon. $1.50 for a few specs? Come on. And, ittasted like the very cheap, Little Ceasars or frozen tombstone pizza. Domino's is down the road it tastes WAY better and ischeaper. The grocery store is right there, make it yourself and actually enjoy your food. Don't waste your money here. Read more
Ordered Wings and Pizza, came almost after 1 hr and 10 mins. (Said will be there in 25 mins). Pizza and wings both already... started getting cold. Asked for spinach and chicken pizza. Super bad experience! I ordered two pizzas! I called them back ?cause they want to make sure I want cheese I said of course I... want them with cheese. So they didn?t again! They just put cheese on top and reheated them!. Both pizzas were burned on thebottom and dry!. Bad customer service they want to have the reason and do whatever they want. Received some pick-up special coupons. Called to place my order, the person answered seemed extremely disinterested as I ordered... a large half cheese-half pepperoni pizza. Went to pick it up, the girl at the front desk didn't even acknowledge the fact I cameinto the store, or try to get another employee to help us. Eventually, someone else came up and asked what we wanted. We toldthem what we ordered, to find out they made us a full pepperoni pizza. Just wanting to eat at this point, I said it would befine. This is very uncomfortable for me as I write this review. There is a really rude guy there. Don't know his name, but he's the... really short one. He seemed extremely uninterested when I was asking him questions about the restaurant, this was my firstvisit. Anyway, I placed my order with another, more friendly cashier and went to use the restroom. Don't know if the Rude Guythought I was doing something illegal in the restroom or what, but he somehow unlocked the door and barged in the restroomwithout knocking. I was practically naked and in the middle...wiping. He promptly left as he saw that I was actually using therestroom. The food I bought was NOT worth the embarrassment and the food wasn't even hot.
