I lived by Ruth’s Chris in Odenton for several years before dining there. During Covid, they gave everyone a gift card and... I’m glad they did. The food lives up to the hype. I got the salmon, lobster bisque, and the spinach dish. I have no complaintsabout anything. I know Ruth’s Chris is known for their steak, but every time I’m back, I can’t resist getting the salmon!With regard to the service, the first time I went it was extremely slow. We had a pretty good experience at Ruth's Chris in Odenton. The waiter was amazing, as well as the other staff (food runners).... They were very efficient. We both enjoyed our entrees (I loved the stuffed chicken and my date enjoyed the steak. It was cookedto perfection at medium rare.). The sides were mediocre at best (spinach and mashed potatoes), as well as the desserts (breadpudding and cheesecake). Those are our favorite desserts but they weren't quite up to our standard. Best place for a steak. They have military nights Mon-Thur so it’s a great way to get good food at a descent price. I loved... the ambiance and the radon bread. The cowboy ribeye and my strip are my favorites there. The spinach and mashed potatoes aregreat as well. Read more
My experience was pretty good, we had reservations, upon entering we were seated in maybe 3 minutes. Upon seating we had a great... waiter Joseph (Joey). Very attentive, checked on us not too much but just enough. The bread came out warm, the wine list isextensive! We purchased a bottle recommended by the waiter. It was a little too sweet for my taste and he said it would be $37but it ended up being $55. The 16 oz ribeye was $67 ordered that medium well, but had to send it back to cook more and the spicysalmon and shrimp that’s was $47 and that was small and too salty. The shrimp was not crispy that way it was advertised. Thesides we chose were cream spinach $13 and sweet potato casserole $13 and that was toooo sweet it had some brown sugar andsomething like walnuts or something crumbled on top. Not a fan at all. Over all the food was ok. The experience was great theladies restroom were single and very clean that’s a plus for a restaurant were the bill is over $200 for just two people.Shout out to Joey! My husband and I chose this location to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Our experience was relaxing and amazing. We had a... cozy seat that let us observe the dining room. All of the waitstaff were attentive and pleasant; I could see by the way theymoved around the dining room. Our server, Daniel, was absolutely wonderful. He answered all of our meal questions withenthusiasm. We got excellent wine recommendations from Mark, another server. That recommendation was super helpful, since thewine selection is robust. And THE FOOD! Mmmmm, the steak melted in my mouth and the Brussels sprouts did not disappoint. Ialmost ordered more. But my tummy was full from topping things off with the lobster mac and cheese. Creamy and flavorful, withsmall peppers, which I didn't expect but which added a ton of depth to the flavor profile of the dish. This is a place I'dhighly recommend to celebrate a special occasion. Great location to visit. The sides cream spinach and sweet potato casarole excellent. The main dishes Lamb chops, crab cakes,... and bone in ribeye medium prepared well full of flavor ????. The service by Mark excellent. A must visit this location and worththe money and return visit. Read more
