I came through the drive-thru this afternoon and got a three piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans... and a side order of mac and cheese along with a large Dr pepper and a large sweet tea I only live 15 minutes from Jack's when Iarrived at my house and got ready to eat the food is disgusting the chicken is not done the biscuit was so hard if I threw it atthe window and your place of business the window would have busted I called and spoke with the lady named Stacy that said shewould replace my meal I gave up for a while stopping there and now I came back for the first time this afternoon and the foodwas once again disgusting employees standing there clowning around with things and not even speaking to the customers keepingtheir backs turned towards customers at the window while they're clowning around this is absolutely uncalled for in my opinionit should be reported to the health department because this food was disgusting . Stopped this morning to grab a few.biscuits. I have stopped here quite a bit. The morning team of employees are... TERRIFIC!!!! everyone( including managers) were busy. People moving swiftly efficiently ,determined . No lolly gagging or movinglike they were zombies. And all this with smiling faces. Its awesome. Read more
I love my local jacks. They need a process that allows at least one employee at all times to focus on customers. (Manager or... designated someone) Or, maybe some training of all employees about customers being the reason that they have a job. The food isusually good, the chicken breast and sandwiches always are. I thought the staff maybe didn't like me personally. But, I amconvinced they don't like most customers. It may be that upper management, knowing the next jacks is 10 miles away and thecompetition is minimal in this small rural area, is complacent in staff training and retention. I live in Leeds and gave up on our Jack?s. I honestly did not expect the service that we received. We were barely at the window... and our food was ready and piping hot (so hot that I had to wait a while to even open my burger). They literally made mespeechless. Cashiers are not so friendly and they don't act professional. My food was pretty good though. Just don't like to spend my money... were people are not friendly and they don't make you feel welcome. Read more

Jacks is a great place to eat. I've never had a problem with them and they are always busy. I would like to say a special thanks... to Sonia. She makes sure everything is right and makes her customers feel at home. She deserves a raise and promotion to aposition where she doesn't have to work so hard. Read more
