This place is the way. Stopped by here randomly on a Saturday afternoon and got the burnt ends plate, the brisket plate, and a... pork sandwich. Not lying when I say it was one of the best meals I?ve ever had. It took me by surprise. I had burnt ends inTexas for the first time recently and these are even better. Had potato salad and baked beans as my sides, they were both onpoint. My mom (who does not generally like bbq) ate her pork sandwich in one sitting and raved about it. Everyone enjoyed theirmeals. We had never tried this neighborhood restaurant until today. I must say the food was delicious. The brisket was tender on our... dental problems. The chicken and sides were also great. Too top things off the banana pudding was totally scrumptious. I cantell it's from scratch because box custard doesn't taste that good. Never judge a place or person by the outside.
