Staff was friendly but that was the end of our good experience. Cheese wasn?t melted at all on both grilled cheeses we ordered,... loaded fries had no sauce, cold shredded cheese, and the grilled chicken on it literally didn?t even have salt on it. Noseasonings what so ever. Creamy dog (chili cheese) had cold shredded cheese on top, unlike the cheese sauce listed on the menu.Our small party (4+1 baby) ordered two separate orders right after one another and the second order came out 45 mins after thefirst. We have been there twice and both times the place was empty but yet when we ordered they literally had no options (out of... chocolate sauce, hot fudge, and even ice creams) The serving size was VERY small for the price. Seems very odd that thereisn?t a lot of enthusiasm to help customers or keep things available for customers. Not sure we will go back. I also want toadd that instead of letting us know how sorry he was that we had more than one bad experience, he fired back by saying I wasbasically lying because he was ?just there? and my experience were false. Driving through on 70 east. This ice creamery is a must stop. Bing cherry with large cherry's, peanut butter chocolate flavor... excellent. Large servings. Enjoy a break! Read more

We stopped here for dinner in the middle of a drive from Maryville, MO to Florissant, MO. Being both tired and hungry, we were... not sure what we'd find. We opted for take out and it was fantastic! Their burgers tasted fresh made, not previously frozen andthey put all the condiments and lettuce, tomatoes on the side so we could choose what we wanted and how. The French fries werefresh and hot and just the right amount of salt. But the shakes!! Oh. My. Goodness. They would have been enough for ameal! This restaurant is also well loved by the town as the constant stream of people coming and going testified. Oh, now I'mhungry for their food and shake all over again! Read more

Very torn feelings about this place. First, I ordered Mississippi mud and my husband ordered mint chocolate chip. The ice cream... itself was delicious. Rich, creamy, not icey. The shop is cute, lots of flavor options and I think they make their own wafflecones. The serving size however, is VERY inconsistent. I ordered a single scoop, my husband ordered a double. You can see thedifference in the photo. In fact, we immediately gave my husband's cone back to the employee because he gave two VERY smallscoops... Only then did he put a third small scoop on top. Side by side, the cones were no where near similar, and I got moreice cream in a single scoop than my husband's double scoop! Did he use a kiddie scoop instead of a regular? Perhaps, but onelook at my cone and the employee should have immediately started over. Such a shame; the place has amazing reviews and we weredriving through the area based on those recommendations.
