I am never a person to complain but when I wait... 20 minutes to order while employees are staring at me and I watched 0 orders get prepared or made and then when I go to order Iget told I can?t pay with a card. As good as any other location but there is nobody available to take your order. Ordering must be done at a kiosk which turns a... 30 second process into a five minute ordeal. We won't be back. Read more
Burgers were cold like they had been cooked along time prior to the burger being assembled. The cheese wasn't even remotely... melted. Nothing more disgusting then a cold burger when your looking forward to hot quality item you normally get from a BurgerKing outlet. Very disappointed. Read more

Usually stop here all the time on our way to the cottage. They've "upgraded" to a kiosk ordering system and it's absolutely... horrible. Half of the kiosks are out of service and it just takes way longer to place an order. The "order progress" screenwasnt updating so theres no way to see how far away your order is. If there wasn't any other Burger King on our route we'd begoing somewhere else. Read more

12:00 o?clock noon on a Wednesday and this location is closed. Are you kidding me? It?s lunch rush and the Burger King claiming... to be 24h is closed with no staff. Since this location is run by OnRoute it?s no surprise that it?s so understaffed it can?topen for lunch on a Wednesday, much like LITERALLY EVERY OTHER ONROUTE. Maybe if you paid your PT/FT more than 15.50/16.00people would actually consider working here. Clearly ONRoute doesn?t care though and would rather continue to disappoint itscustomers. They said open 24h but when we came today at 11pm the employees were inside and didn?t want to serve us, they said it?s closed.... We insist and told them that it should be open and they refuse to serve us. Read more
