You have to use new order kiosks instead of ordering at the restaurant. If you happen to order something out of stock it won't... process your order, but it also won't tell you what item is out of stock, so you have to play a guessing game over what is outof stock. On top of that, half the kiosks are not working at any given time. Terrible. Read more

Spicy deluxe sandwich was delicious. Enjoyed the fries as well. The food came pretty quickly once ordered. The only issue is... that they only take orders from the machines and 3/6 weren't working, and they share the machines with Burger King. Read more

Let me tell you abt the worse location ever. 5 customers on lime ahead of me. It told 25min (timed it) to get upto order. ... Guess what surprise came up when I got there? No more chicken for 10min. Can you believe this?? The shift supervisor a womanI'm a hairnet was so slow and unapologetic. The male manager was useless and was doing absolutely nothing to help. Did notopen other cash or help in back. The franchise should revisit this location and get rid of the dead weight. Never going backand I suggest you don't either. It was busy inside and the drive thru. It look about 5m of me standing at the front to even get spoken to before someone took my... order. Waited about 25m for my order while the drive thru was flying out? even people that ordered after me got their foodfirst. I never got utensil or napkins, I had to drive back to ask for some as their dine in area closed at 9pm. I?ve never hadto wait that long for my food, if I knew that drive thru had a priority I should have ordered by there. They compensated bygiving extra sides and apologized for the wait. I didn?t mind the wait that much, once I got my food I said thank you so, youguys have a great night with a smile as I see everyone was working hard but I never got an acknowledgment back which I felt waskinda rude after..
