Literally the slowest Tim Horton I've ever been to. The employees actively avoid work. They might as well hold hands the whole... time as only two people were at the front and they just followed each other around making one or two coffee. No body tookorders. Even when prompted. Read more

On tuesday at 2:00 a.m. I was waiting at the counter for 15 mins nobody came even after hard knocks and then a lady with name... Simran (night supervisor) came. I asked for steeped tea from her she said the machine is broken I can't brew it and right now itis not available. When I came after five minutes and said ok give me coffee instead of tea then she rudely said why you didn'ttold me earlier. Further she said that they are not free here to take orders they need to do diswashing and lots of stuff at theback. And after this out of sudden she started screaming and she moved to the back place and started doing back work. She didn'teven gave coffee. ....Is this the way to behave with customers. ....she should really learn some manners and then customerservice.
