Don't know how you mess up a bagel. Cold, Dry, Stale. They messed up my friends orders as well. Incorrrect ingredients, bad... wrapping, cold, cooked incorrectly. Just awful. Wish I could give a 0 star but this is the lowest you can go. Read more

Literally the slowest Tim Horton I've ever been to. The employees actively avoid work. They might as well hold hands the whole... time as only two people were at the front and they just followed each other around making one or two coffee. No body tookorders. Even when prompted. Read more

Had no baked items, no sandwiches.. So nothing to eat. No soup, no donuts, nothing. Dirty. Staff speaking a different language... and it makes you feel like you're bothering them. Just pass it. Read more

On tuesday at 2:00 a.m. I was waiting at the counter for 15 mins nobody came even after hard knocks and then a lady with name... Simran (night supervisor) came. I asked for steeped tea from her she said the machine is broken I can't brew it and right now itis not available. When I came after five minutes and said ok give me coffee instead of tea then she rudely said why you didn'ttold me earlier. Further she said that they are not free here to take orders they need to do diswashing and lots of stuff at theback. And after this out of sudden she started screaming and she moved to the back place and started doing back work. She didn'teven gave coffee. ....Is this the way to behave with customers. ....she should really learn some manners and then customerservice. Worst place to get coffee.simran shift supervisor she has so much of a disgusting and nasty attitude.she made me a coffee with... some kind of sticky dirty stuff all around the cup.i just requested her to change my coffee because it's sticky dirty all aroundthe cup.she argued and showed middle finger and was abusive,.this was inappropriate and was an unnecessary behavior. She Is rudeand has a nasty attitude because she is a supervisor does not mean u can be rude because customer was not satisfied with thecoffee so just asked to replace it .plz avoid her or this location.she is dirty worker. . Tell that worker that works every Tuesdays or whenever to smile more and talk proper. Too much opposite energy and slow a bit.... No communication either once food has been prepared. I was told ?oh your food is on the other side? probably been waiting for awhile and I didn?t even know it. Other than that, Tim Horton?s, is the best coffee in Canada! Thanks guys. Read more
