I've been to this fantastic restaurant several times since moving to West Texas. I certainly knew the quality of food, service,... and refreshments. So, I finally got to show off that I have good taste when my old friend and colleague come to town. We arrivedjust before 4pm on a Saturday, got seated right away, and our server was fantastic. We ordered the dip trio and it arrivedquickly. I then ordered the special which was grilled flounder with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I saw on the menu somecauliflower, which I ordered. Everything and I do mean everything, was absolutely delectable. My buddy said it was best mealhe's had in a very long time. If you know this establishment, you're likely not reading this review. So good! I traveled to TX from NY for work. Looked this place up before leaving and EVERYONE I spoke to in Odessa recommended... it! The staff was fun and friendly and recommended great drinks and food options. If I’m back in Odessa again I willdefinitely be stopping by! Read more
Amazing food and drinks. The salad was fresh and the avocados were just right and the croutons were soft but still a bit crunchy... so as not to cut up your mouth. The beef rib and pork ribs were delicious and a good serving portion. The Tall City brewing Co.beer named Haboob Hefeweizen was smooth and top off with a shot of Auchentoshan Scotch ($20) made my meal excellent. Read more
One of the best restaurants in Odessa, recommend the trio dip as an appetizer along with the cornbread & deviled eggs. For the... entrée i always get the double chop my wife the pecan trout. For dessert tres leches or the chocolate pot de creme ???? Read more
Went here with some colleagues and it was hopping. Reservations are highly recommended because the food is delicious. Great... atmosphere and great food. Pizzas are all delicious with a wonderful soft and crispy crust, and the pork ribs were outstanding. Read more
Well good evening to all. So I have been to Cork & pig endless amount of times and thus far I've never had anything bad to say.... Today the service was just poor. Our waiter did not provide silverware, we had to ask the bus boy for water refills, and nevereven got to order a second round of drinks due to the lack of service. We ordered a filet mignon and asked for it cookedwell-done, and received it rare ???????????. I ordered a house salad on the side, the Lettuce was mushy???? & the avocado inthe salad was hard as a rock. I'm not one to complain, but if I had anyone to complain to, today would've been the day. ???? ButI am one to leave reviews. ???????? Love this place. Great pizza 95% of the time. This time no so much. Would give it 5 but I ordered to go and carried out sauces,... cake, sides and a pizza with no bag in the rain. The pizza was super burnt and probably inedible but I was starving. Thecauliflower had a baby spoon of sauce on 1 floret. However, this is usually in point with phenomenal staff. I would recommend.
