This is your normal boiled seafood affair, however the taste is not great. I understand it?s West Texas but the bar is pretty... low here. I had the crawfish, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. The flavor was not good for the crawfish. The crawfish werealso mushy from being over cooked. The shrimp and sausage flavor was decent but the sausage was cold in the middle! Don?t getthe crab cakes?The sweet potato fries we some of the best I have had, lol. Overall, I can?t recommend this place due to theseissues. Read more
Got the short ribs and paid for double, which adds quite a bit to the price. This is what double gets you. Yes that is 5 thin... pieces. Second time trying this place and second time I have an issue. Gonna see if I can get a refund for the double portionfor both plates. I don't think I'll be back. Edit- The pieces I did get are VERY burnt and not all that great. I ate one anddecided I'm not gonna eat the rest, this is getting irritating. Read more
The food here was absolutely amazing. The pricing is beyond reasonable, the flavor in the boil was exactly the kind of flavor... I?d been craving, the shrimp were huge as well as the oysters and the crab legs were as full as they could be!! The only reasonI?m holding out on the five star review is because the service was pretty bad. You feel a bit like a bother for just being there(even when you?re a table of two out of the only four people in the whole restaurant) but even with that, I?ll happily be abother for the good food! Went to Crab Station & Oyster Bar?Odessa and had the worst time. I normally LOVE this place but this time all the leech eggs on... the crab that was over cooked to the point you couldn?t even get it out of the shell, crawfish was small and soggy. All of ithad a bad taste, so many gnats flying around you while you?re eating. The oysters were good, the kids food was good and we werecompletely willing to pay for what we ate but we literally ate maybe 5 shrimp and a couple crawfish between 3 of us and thediscounted our food by 28.00 so we still paid for or sack that we didn?t eat nor take home. So 200.00 later we left completelyunsatisfied and overall disgusted. I guess in the long run we will save more money because we will never be back to thisestablishment. Read more

Shrimp and fish were good, but needed salt or something. Had to wait a bit cause it came out piping hot! Wait staff was... friendly. 4 stars cause the crab was a bit over cooked or just not as fresh as I am used to it coming from Houston. For WestTexas I'm sure it was as good as it could be.
