I really don?t even want to give a star every time I come here they are always unprofessional acting like they don?t want to... work, nobody has on gloves nobody has a hairnet! They look like they hate the job and everything is always either wrong ormessed up. And don?t ask any questions about what coupons they may have because they get fed up and pass the phone around andrush you off the phone. I don?t know about all ?Pizza Hut?s? but this very location in the shopping center on Linda Avenue inOdessa Texas on the west side of town is the absolute WORST!! Beware - I arrived at 1pm. threw the drive threw window. I had ordered online. The cashier lets me know my order 3 pizzas and 2... orders of wings was given to another person that "said my name" . This is my families goto for a quick always good meal. Always fresh, hot and perfect.
I called after leaving another place and spoke to the sweetest gentleman. I asked how long it would take for me to pick up my... order, and he instantly said 20 minutes max!!! Since I still had an hour drive home and the horrible experience i just had atanother pizza place. I was grateful to him for making me feel like I was the only person that I had ordered that night. We had an issue with our pizza tonight. I called this store and spoke with a manager. She was very calm and helpful. My... husband lost the receipt and she still was helpful. I feel like my issue was looked at and handled in a very professional way. I did not get her name but she is managing tonight. Thanks!! The situation could have turned in a much different way.
