This place is dog water ! I ordered on DoorDash a 6pc SPICY tender pc with mash potatoes but with the gravy on the side and an... order of Mac and cheese with a SWEET tea. Instead I got a 6PC with very little to no spice . Gravy in the mash potatoes, insteadof Mac and cheese I get a whole cup of gravy, no Mac and cheese and a unsweet tea. Girl at the drive thru was literally on her cell phone and messed up my order and never gave me a reciept! Not only that, but I... am pretty sure she over charged me since my meal, for only me, was $18.95. Total BS! Tried calling over and over and get sent tosome mailbox. Emailed corporate. Manager has dirty nails, so we ask for (no ice) in our drinks. She still scoops ice into our cups without gloves and with dirty... nails! That is disgusting. There is also always a wait for food fish/fried chicken of 3 to 10 minutes. The inside is so dirty.When you ask for spicy seasoning, they hardly add any. I have to add my own when I get home. These people talk like they don'teven want to be at work. It's a horrible environment and a horrible experience each time I go. Unfortunately they are theclosest Golden Chick to me. I think next time though, I'll make the drive to the Dixie location. Read more
It took almost 15 minutes to PLACE my order at the drive thru. They kept putting in extra things and taking them out. Then it... took another 20 minutes to get the food. I had to tell them that one of our meals was supposed to have a fries because theyforget. There were 2 cars in front of me and one got 2 bags of ice & the other had like 2 meals in a plastic bag. There wasmaybe 5 people inside. This has sadly gone so far down hill I won't be back. We use to enjoy it now it's horribly run and thefood quality is atrocious! Read more
Went through drive thru. They never said anything to me after waiting several minutes. Drove up and ordered at window and got... food. The speaker was working, just wish they would have at least told me to wait a sec instead of leaving me waiting. Food wasgood though. Read more

Ordered a 3 piece fried chicken and it was the worst fried chicken I've ever had. The fried chicken from chinese buffet was... better than this. The chicken was stale, been sitting out under the light for a long time. The roll that came with the meal wascrispy. 13 dollar meal folks. I guess the sides were mediocre. Had the same issue before but decided to give it another trybecause i was craving fried chicken but never again. Read more
