2nd time I?ve come here and don?t get everything I ordered. Asked for 6 extra rolls and the lady says she doesn?t have enough... for 6 extra. Said ok since the meal already comes with 6. Get all the way home and start unpacking and there are no rolls.Paying the prices we do we shouldn?t have to deal with immediate rudeness because they could no do their jobs. First time itrolls were all I ordered. Waited for 20 while the employees talked about us in the back. Had a meeting I was taking them to so Ijust left. Horrible service. Never have had this issue with the store on Faudree. May have to make it my go to store from nowon. Would have put zero stars if I could. Read more
They gave expired apple juice for the kids meal. About a month expired. My son drank half of his before I noticed. I am hoping... he doesn't get sick. He said it was thick and it tasted wierd which is what prompted me to check. I called the restaurant and Icouldn't get an answer. Read more
This location is right around the corner from me. The first couple months were good, but I haven't gone in a while because the... food and service took a HUGE nose dive. Went today, and it was nice to see they have gotten a supervisor/manager that actuallycared to make sure my order was correct! They always forget something in your bag. Tonight everything was cold and soggy. Except half the chicken that was rubberized and... hard. Okra was soggy and completely inedible. If I could give zero stars I would we got a family 15 pieces roasted and it was dry burned the sides where dry from sitting too... long and the staff didn't care when we complained they said they were almost closed and not making fresh food they had alsoforgot half our biscuits and our jalapeno poppers where cold. Mind you we payed over $60. Never going back asked for mngmt andthey said there was none. Read more
