We were checked once the entire time, not too big of a deal but there are plenty of employees. The employee was friendly. The... Jalisco plate is great! Super savory. The steak nachos however were bland and nothing memorable, definitely not a repeat order,a couple of pieces of romaine lettuce and one tomato on top with some bland cheese and a lot of tortilla chips with nothing onthem. A lot of people really like this place so obviously they are doing something right. But my experience didn't live up to the... hype. The Good: Excellent customer service. Very attentative staff and they hustle around. Take it or leave it: The food wasjust okay. Not really even close to the best in town. I had some enchiladas and they were just okay. My wife wasn't tooimpressed with her plate and the salsa wasn't really all the great to me but that is the one thing my wife enjoyed. The Bad:The men's restroom was flat out nasty. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained in a while. Urine all over thefloor...all over...even in areas it made no sense to be. Needed some repairs as well. I understand they can't control thatentirely but they can definitely have staff available to keep things in order. Also they allow people to walk around and sellyou stuff inside the store which is a little irritating. Friendly people but they are trying hard to get a sell which isannoying when I'm just trying to enjoy my dinner and time with my family. Read more

Food was great. Drinks were good. Some booths had tables that were sorta short but other than that it was good.

La Hacienda restaurant some plates are good and some aren't!! If you go I highly suggest the shrimp tacos they are very good!!... The enchiladas and steak plates and in general most of their food is kind of bland their sauces aren't that great they do havecold beers and decent mixed drinks!! Just be careful what you order I will stick with shrimp tacos myself! I also ordered the alpastor tacos and the meat was very dry. The flavor wasn't all there I would have to give them a 5 out of 10!!! I would go backfor the shrimp tacos and ceviche and beers only!!! There's my reccomendation!! Read more
