If I could give 0 ?? I would!! This place has really gone downhill, ordered a hamburger, I got a sandwich!! Waiters shrugged her... shoulders and said I guess we ran out of hamburger buns?and walked off. I couldn?t help but laugh. Restroom was nasty andsmelled of urine like if it hasn?t been cleaned in days! This has got to be the worst hooters in the nation. Always short staffed, always out of things, management is terrible. As a... former Hooters girl, it is very disappointing that we cannot go enjoy good wings because no one shows up to work. We just leftthere, on a Saturday night, there is maybe 5% capacity, 2 girls working, a 45 minute wait and NO MANAGEMENT. That?s right, theyare operating with 0 managers on staff right now (per the hostess, everyone quit.) with all the money in this town and otherrestaurants at full capacity, and fully staffed, I just don?t understand why this place can?t get it together. Sara the bartender did amazing yesterday! Put our orders in very quickly and was amazing at making our drinks. I always love... going to see her and her amazing customer service! She actually made the time to talk to us and treat us as friends instead ofjust customers! Read more
This place is nasty. Apparently nobody cleans. Everything is sticky and the restrooms are horrific! Trash is full and looks like... they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The food is subpar (literally wings and tots taste like old cooking oil). Plus they arealways out of something. And I get it, Hooters is marketed mainly towards men, but the service is a joke. The waitresses onlyseem to care about getting that big tip from the guys. Even though they have plenty of tables that are still waiting to beseated, to order, or to pay out. We will not be back. We gave them a second chance and it was just as disappointing as the firsttime. Odessa Hooters is definitely a No Go. Read more
Haven?t been here since mid 2020 when we moved and it was already going downhill by then. Came to town to visit family and... friends and decided to do dinner here with friends. Waited over an hour for food and it was pretty dead. Husband ordered allflats,came out drums and flats. Server sent it back and said about 5 minutes. Almost 20 minutes later,still no food and themanager checked on us and when we told him we were still waiting,he said about another 10-15 minutes because the kitchen was?being silly tonight?. Really glad we don?t live here anymore. Won?t be coming back next time we come to town. Read more
It?s was cool. The flavors of wings was good but not that spark I thought it would be. The fries weren?t good at all.
Ordered a Buffalo chicken salad, got chicken on top of lettuce instead. I asked for no onion or tomato but it is still missing... the bleu cheese and that lettuce does not look like spring mix to me. Got home and opened the box and I was extremelydisappointed. This is just depressing. Read more
