So.. we waited for an hour after we ordered before anyone even noticed NO ONE actually put our order in.. manager offered to... comp our kids meal (we only had one) and get us an appetizer.. at that point we decided to leave. Waitress (that forgot to putour orders in) came and left us our ticket for our drinks and didn't even apologize. We would've been more understanding if therestaurant was actually busy. (4 adults 2 kids total ) after travelling 6 hours with a toddler and being tired and hungry, thiswas an extremely disappointing was to start our weekend in Odessa. This place has gone downhill so much. On this day we sat in the upper back section that my daughter referred to as the homeless... section (see pic). The food was not good at all. The burger had no taste, the wings were cold and overall it was nasty. Theservice was good, our waitress did a good job. the place does need to be cleaned. Tables were all dirty and shoes and deodoranton the side next to the highchairs. Also there was an accumulation of I don't know what under the highchairs. The flooring onthe north wall seemed to have mold growing from it. After sitting there I started to regret eating there. If the dinning roomlooks like this I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Read more
15min wait to be seated with only than 14 or so customers in restaurant. Another 29mins to receive drinks and told they couldn't... make the appetizer we had ordered (with drinks). Spoke to Manager directly after reading several reviews. Voiced my concerns forpoor service and attention to customers. 49mins for our food to arrive. 12oz Rib Eye was less than appealing, overwhelming burnflavor Bayside Cheeseburger with no shrimp to be found. Our first visit to this Logans was our last. Full parking lotseverywhere else we tried with very few cars parked at this Logans should have been an indicator. Read more

Very poor service! 15 minute wait when the restaurant was empty. 30 minutes to get appetizers. 20 minutes to get refills. Stale... fries. Pork chops so salty, you need multiple glasses of water just to eat one. Meatloaf tasted like it was pre-processed madeby Banquet Dinners. Waitress seemed to busy flirting with guy at the bar. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Also had crab cakes as an appetizer. They were very delicious. I'll definitely be coming... back. The sweat tea was fresh as well. Read more
4/17/2021 I had lunch here and it was absolutely delicious. I had the 12 ounce ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection. The... mashed potatoes with brown gravy was great and the cinnamon apples were sweet and delightful. The rolls were hot and great aswell. The potato skins and the onion petals were delicious too. So I came here about 6months ago it was horrible service but we decided to give it another shot and I don?t know what they did... in the last 6months but We absolutely love the service here Now, and the amount of food they bring is absolutely ???? great notfry or burnt at all and fast service and great portions for the amount of money we spent! To be honest it looks like they hiredall new waitresses and that alone was a HUGE improvement and the cooks are doing amazing compliments to the chef! Read more
