I received my order through the drive thru and got home and discovered that on my burger, the cook had failed to remove the... white paper that is placed between the frozen patties so they don't stick together. I still don't know how someone can cook aburger and not notice that there is a white piece of paper covering one side of the burger. It was also not completely cooked.There was a tremendous amount of salt on the fries, even for McDonald's standards. Read more
Got raw burgers, talked to Jessica she said we could come back for new food. Went back and burgers were raw AGAIN. Always have... issues with this location at night. Don?t even waste your time. Read more
Orders consistently wrong, when you order ten Piece nuggets you might get 9 or 8 nuggets if you're not paying attention, your... coffee's not right when you order it to go, they will short your fries, and they forget your condiments sometimes. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly and competent. Odd COVID protocols remain in place as of early June 2022... (especially for Texas): 1) children can enter the playground area and sit next to it, but they are NOT allowed to play on it(see picture). 2) Both restrooms have been converted, by sign anyway, from gender-specific (male/female) to ?family? restrooms,which changes what were 2-person rooms into 1-person/family rooms. This significantly slows the through-rate, especially if youare a family of women who find yourselves in the one stall, one urinal family restroom. 3) They still have a sign up at thedrink fountain stating all customers are to request a new cup for each refill. The manager was awesome. I am a truck driver and I obviously cannot pull my truck through the drive thru. As the dine - in isn't... open they took the time to come to the door and let me have my food. It may seem like a simple gesture, but when that's the onlyfood I've had all day and it was a 14 hour work day. It was a lot more to me. Thank you ! Read more
Says dine in, it's 8pm and doors are locked. So I wait in the long drive thru line to be mumbled at "is that all" immediately... after everything I order ....seems like very unhappy people. Perk up, I hear McD pays $15+/hour. guy at the window with curlyhair,, no name tags, was cheerful and pleasant tho. My order was wrong. This is a very highly used McDonald's because it is on 42nd street, so yes expect some delays especially through the drive... through. It is honestly faster for you to park and walk in and get your order. I once in a blue moon get breakfast here and it'salways good and what I expect it to be. The only thing is that McDonalds has gotten a bit pricey, but it could just be me sinceI don't eat it alot. Other than that always very satisfied. Read more
