Your burger comes complete with the white wax paper that is used to keep the patties from sticking together while frozen. How... does someone cook a hamburger with a piece of white wax paper and not notice. I believe that they just don't care. Just aboutevery single place I've eaten at in the Odessa Texas area has been sub-par in every way. There is only one exception and that isa independently owned Burger place. Read more

11-10-22 not long after 4pm... Went inside to grab supper. Everything seemed alright. Employee was at the register taking... someone's order, so we waited. When we got to the register, we told her out order. Somehow, "large drink" was interpreted as"caramel frappe" to the employee. When we asked for a cup, she snapped back, "you ordered a caramel frappe, I repeated the orderback to you and you said yes." It wouldn't have been a big deal if she didn't have such an attitude! She refunded for the drinkbut wasn't very pleasant and it. Someone did make that caramel frappe which looked like melted vanilla ice cream, no sign of anycaramel whatsoever, with a pile of whipped topping. While we watched and waited as our food was being prepared, I seen 3different people come back to the front after getting their food. It's open 24 hrs. I went there after midnight and couple of people we there for ordering. I just went ahead and used the... MCDONALD'S app to place an order for in store pickup. Service was pretty quick and girl behind the counter was nice to give meextra buffalo sauce. Read more
Stood there in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes to be presented with this "fudge sundae" since you now cannot get a cone(?)... Ice cream dripping down the side, all over my hands before ever getting a bite. Absolutely horrible quality control. Your staffis surely worth what they're paid and not a penny more. Please hurry up with robots that replace the incompetent staff you have. Read more
Staff is not properly trained how the table service orders work - left my food on the counter until it was cold, never delivered... to table. Manager barely spoke English, so couldn?t communicate clearly with customers. Read more
