Won't go back. Charged my elderly mom $10.50 for about a cup of food. Just the way they rushed her was absolutely unnecessary.
Hadn?t eaten here in a while due to it always being bad. Decided to give it a try since I was passing by. Still nasty, egg rolls... burnt, Kung pow, honey chicken and sweet fire all taste like dog food. This place is bad. Steer clear. Read more
Very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and lazy. Apparently, this location is happy to have employees stand around chatting inside... the store while still getting paid to do nothing once it nears closing time. I sat in the drive thru by the speaker for over 10minutes. I even called the store. They did not answer. So I pulled up to the window and saw 5 employees standing around anddoing nothing. They ignored me. The girl in the window began messing with the register and ignored me for another five minutesafter she looked right at me. Eventually she opened the window and asked if she could help me with something. When I told her Iwaited at the speaker for over ten minutes, she didn't apologize and said "Well that's because we ran out of food." So I askedher if she was just going to let the other vehicles behind me wait at the speaker, too. She again said "Well.. we're out offood." I explained to her that that is not an excuse to ignore customers while the store is still displaying itself as open.She seemed utterly confused. I don't really believe that they were out of food. I think they were just ignoring us in the drivethru because it was close to closing time and they wanted to leave early. I also door dash and coming to pick up orders herecan be a pain with employees ignoring us. This location currently does not offer their orange chicken on DoorDash, which is abit like McDonalds not offering a Big Mac or french fries and when I have asked about this, I get blown off and it has been offthe menu on Doordash for over a month now. As always, Panda Express deserves an award for one thing and one thing only: Makingthe worlds most inferior fried rice. I can toss rice in JUST egg and toss it in a wok of peanut oil and it will comes out betterthan this particularly lazy Panda's version of a BASIC Asian side dish. Very Very expensive. Tables all were dirty at 3:00 pm. Employees out talking in parking lot to friend. Food was good. Friendly... on entry. Hungry hour later. $13.00 bowl/drink more like vegas prices. Read more
Really disappointed. Waiting on a big line inside, not enough food, bad service. Especially on the manager there named Karla who... argued with us about the service. No coming back, (they should check on this location). Definitely I can drive to Midland for abetter quality experience. Read more
Hours show that the dinning area close at 10:30, yet going at 9 PM on a Saturday night and the dining room was closed, floors... mopped, and chairs on tables. I get closing early, but it?s ridiculous to close an hour and a half early, but still allow peopleinside to pick up food only. The register girl said she didn?t have enough people because some called out, yet she was up front,1 was in drive thru, 3 were cooking, and someone was cleaning the bathrooms. Ordered some food from here and ended up with a worm in my family?s food. Worst part is that we didn?t notice it until our son... started eating the food. My wife called the Panda Express and one of the managers by the name of Richard Umbarger stated that weor the Uber driver tampered with the food. That worm looks well cooked to me Read more
This visit was nice. No complaints. The food was great and the facility was clean. Seems to be getting a little pricey though
