I now remember reason two as to why I don't like eating at pizza hut. Been on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to reach the... andrews high way store to at first try and fix and then cancel said order after multiple times of them either hanging up orjust picking up the phone just to put it back on hold and not answer. I ordered pizza and estimated time was 25 mins. I waited 1 hour before attempting to call the store. I called the store and was... on hold for over 30 mins and was never able to get ahold of anyone. My partner called and was asked to hold, he held for a fewmins before they hung up on him. All in all, I never got my food but was still charged. I called the customer satisfaction lineand was told the store would reach out to me for a refund. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from the storeor get my money back.
