I now remember reason two as to why I don't like eating at pizza hut. Been on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to reach the... andrews high way store to at first try and fix and then cancel said order after multiple times of them either hanging up orjust picking up the phone just to put it back on hold and not answer. I order here all the time, but I ordered pizza and wings, I ordered medium heat on the wings and they were too hot to enjoy. I... paid $111.00 all together. I ordered pizza and estimated time was 25 mins. I waited 1 hour before attempting to call the store. I called the store and was... on hold for over 30 mins and was never able to get ahold of anyone. My partner called and was asked to hold, he held for a fewmins before they hung up on him. All in all, I never got my food but was still charged. I called the customer satisfaction lineand was told the store would reach out to me for a refund. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from the storeor get my money back. Called the satisfaction line again to see about my refund but was told again the store would reach out.Very disappointed in Pizza Hut. Read more
3/20/2022: I ordered a personal pan taco pizza & a medium Meat Lovers pan pizza. Both pizza were fresh and hot at the time of... pickup and I used the convenient curbside pickup. I finished off my lunch with a order of Cinnabon Mini Rolls which wereabsolutely delicious. Read more
My family went in and they had no one else eating at the restaurant or waiting for orders. We sat there for a good 10 minutes... while the three staff members up front clearly saw us and kept chatting away. They never came to get our order or acknowledgedus, we ended up leaving with no service. Read more
