carryout is way fast just fyi I have nothing bad to say about this store it's hands down best pizza hut in Odessa it's always... fresh and the dough is always perfectly cooked, we've had plenty of bad experiences all over town but once we started orderingfrom this store I have never ordered from anywhere else. Thanks for the slapped together cold pizza we got an hour and a half AFTER guaranteed delivery time. Next time, have the... courtesy to call in advance if you foresee an issue with delivering someone?s pizza on time, yes?!! I guess we should?ve learnedthe last two times the order wasn?t right. Waited over an hour. The pizza was cold. When I called to complain, they said they could give store credit or remake the order.... I asked for the order to be remade. After another 45 minutes, they called to tell me they couldn?t make my order because I wasout of their delivery area and to try another store closer to me . They said they would refund my order (which they said earlierthey could not do). Very disappointing. Read more
