They take for ever to get one drink, I even had to call and ask if they were Open or closed. I'd rather drive clear across town... to another Sonic than to come to the Andrews Hwy location. Read more
Just left this sonic about an hour ago I went to order some fried burritos which I did not know was no longer on the menu there... was only one vehicle there and they took forever to answer Finally I told my daughter to get off and see if they were takingorders when she was about to get off the vehicle I guess they were listening on the speaker or they saw her doing that and thenhe decided to answer this establishment is absolutely ridiculous The employees are ridiculous the management is horrible thewhole staff is so unprofessional and very poorly trained Disestablishment needs to Place somebody who knows how to manage andrun a sonic driving efficiently and professionally with the right employees no matter how desperate you are to keep yourbusiness open so instead what I ended up doing is leaving the facility and I drove to stars and ordered the same thing I decidedto order here and not only did they have fried burritos but they also answered professionally quickly and got the order out fastand they had several cars there, This sonic is horrible horrible horrible!!! Whoever I got my food from was very rude and had an attitude for no reason. I ordered 3 drinks, one of which was a vanilla Dr... Pepper, which they forgot the vanilla, a small mozzarella stick and they forgot my marinara. The girl said ? here? andbasically held the food in front of my face every time I looked to put my food down, another item was through my window and inmy face, she forgot the boneless chicken that I ordered and then she just walked away. I just drove off and didn?t bother tryingto ask for my chicken because I didn?t want to deal with her attitude again. No one asked or even made y?all choose to workthere the least you could do is be nice and have good customer service. Very disappointed and I spent extra money on stuff Ididn?t even get. Read more
Was just ok this time. The girl taking our order made us repeat everything multiple times and still the order was incorrect. ... Car hop didn't bring straws. There wasn't any sweet tea? Really!
