Quick service. Everything was fresh and the order was made correctly.
First and last time I eat at this location my burger tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for a while or something it just... did not taste fresh and my fries were cold . I guess that explains why my food came out really fast under 5 minutes because itwas already made or they gave me someone else's order that didn't want it. I just ended up throwing it all away half way througheating it. Was very disappointed after spending almost 15 dollars to just throw it away. Read more

Absolutely the worst chain of stores in the Franchise Industry. Poor customer service, rude and don't listen when taking orders.... Won't admit if they screwed up, and no concern for quality of food or customer satisfaction. Should be de-franchised if theownership doesn't take steps to shape up. Most stores have broken down units, dirty locations. I will not be going to any SonicDrive-Ins anywhere as long as this franchise continues to operate. Avoid like the palgue! Read more
Ordered a super sonic burger with Mayo and mustard. No mustard, it was cold. Meat was dark where it's been there for a while.... On my wife's burger there were no tomatoes and no, mustard as well. They were not even packed that we can say they had a rush..Will not celebrate back. Very sad. Read more
I won't punish all sonics, so I deleted the last review, it wasnt fair, the franchisee is the one at fault and I just found your... bad apple. Sonic on 8th st Odessa is the issue. The other reviews will back up that there's a problem there. Read more
