I have such an issue with this Starbucks subbing iced coffee with cold brew. When I expect a cold brew and get that bitter iced... coffee it doesn't taste good. There is a difference and they need to know this. This had been going on now for 2 years that theydo this and it's getting on my nerves. Worst starbucks in town do not waste your money here. I got a chestnut Frappuccino and recieved a Carmel Brule Frappuccino then... went back and ordered the Carmel Brule and it tastes like water with Carmel syrup in it i asked the lady if it even had coffeein it because it is white like a vanillabean and she was rude and got an attitudeand said it did. The managee is rude anddisrespectful. I see why everyone talks so bad about this starbucks and why every other starbucks in town are always packed andthis one is never packed!
