I have such an issue with this Starbucks subbing iced coffee with cold brew. When I expect a cold brew and get that bitter iced... coffee it doesn't taste good. There is a difference and they need to know this. This had been going on now for 2 years that theydo this and it's getting on my nerves. I love cold brew and I'm an active Starbucks goer but this has to stop. Read more
This store was packed, inside and drive thru. There were only two ladies working and they are amazing! They were literally... running. I'm surprised they didn't close shop and go home. Bless them. They are doing an incredible job! Read more

Guy with the glasses is rude. Never been treated so bad. I ordered a soy ribbon crunch and I can?t have milk and I asked if it... was made soy for sure because I didn?t see it on the label. The guy who has glasses at the window said well did you ask? Andrudely and aggressively grabbed my drink back. I told him of course I asked I just don?t see it on the label. He decided toargue with me for a couple minutes while there was a huge line instead of just remaking it. He remade my drink after I saidthank you I got an eye roll and the window closed with no other acknowledgment. Worst starbucks in town do not waste your money here. I got a chestnut Frappuccino and recieved a Carmel Brule Frappuccino then... went back and ordered the Carmel Brule and it tastes like water with Carmel syrup in it i asked the lady if it even had coffeein it because it is white like a vanillabean and she was rude and got an attitudeand said it did. The managee is rude anddisrespectful. I see why everyone talks so bad about this starbucks and why every other starbucks in town are always packed andthis one is never packed!
