Ordered an ?All-American club? on the app. I don?t usually order from the app, but I added avocado to my sandwich. I get home... with the sandwich and there?s no avocado, no cheese, and no bacon (which of course the club comes with bacon; screenshot). Toadd to that, there was hardly any meat on the sandwich (refer to photo). When I called the store to ask what they could do, ifanything, and the lady on the phone told me there?s ?nothing they can really do about it? and ?she?s not the one who made itsooo??. Probably the worst sandwich I?ve ever had from Subway, and after the phone call, the worst customer service I?ve everhad. Will be going to a different Subway or at least inside from now on so I can actually see what they are doing to thesandwich. Read more
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The store manager has a very bad attitude. We placed an order through the app. I had my... husband pick the order up on his way home. He didn't know what had been ordered. When he got home I saw that they didn't givehim our drink. When I called the store the store manager had a hell of an attitude and basically told me that they couldn't doanything about it except give me a free drink "at a later date". She also said that it was my husband's fault for not gettingthe drink because "they don't fill the drinks up for you". The store manager was disrespectful and unprofessional. Read more
The sandwich artist didn't listen to how the sandwich was wanted; starting off with the bread! I didn't notice until I got home... that the bread was not as I requested. I live appropriately 10 miles away from this Subway to go back and have him correctit....He was to eager to go and sit down with some girl in the restaurant, and DID NOT PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nice building, very clean, and well kept. The veggies were fresh, as was the bread. I ordered a chicken sandwich on flatbread,... and it tasted very delicious. I was disappointed in the speed of the service. Not to point out the individual serving, butmanagement should have at least two personal making ordered over the lunch rush. Out side of that, this is a great location. Read more
