My Fiancé went into Subway between 8:10 PM and 8:30 PM on July 24, 2022 at 4812 E University Blvd Suite B Odessa, TX 79762 and... the girl that was working that night is named Carly, she did not make our food correctly! They were very sloppy! My Fiancéasked for extra meat and extra pickles on my sandwich she made an extreme mess by putting extra everything and not to mentionshe was rude to him his sandwich was messy she put too much of the baby spinach on his sandwich but my sandwich literally I hadpickles banana peppers mayonnaise lettuce everything went down my leg and down onto my brand new carpet and that is with thepaper that your sandwich is wrapped in! She literally grabbed handfuls of everything. Very very disappointed! I called her andtold her that she will never be allowed to make our sandwiches again and that I was contacting corporate about it. Since the menu change, I just can't see my way to eat here anymore. Back when they had the tomato basil and spinach wraps, it... was a great place for me to eat while trying to lay off of bread. Now they just have these giant tortillas which have little tono taste. Read more
This is my favorite location but if you?re coupon system is down and I have a non expired coupon you should change the price and... take my coupon anyways. And one of the female employees was way to ?friendly? to my boyfriend. He said he felt uncomfortablethroughout the whole order interaction. I was traveling from out of state and staying at a hotel near by. It was 830 pm when I finally got to the hotel room and wanted... something other than deep fried fast food. I drove to this location (online it said open until 9pm), and of course at 835 it wasclosed. I called, no answer. The sign on the door said 9-9 as the hours. Not really sure what kind of business closes early orwhat but definitely do not recommend especially as someone passing by. Read more
The lady that helped me out was rude and unprofessional. She declined to make my sandwich since I originally wanted a Buffalo... chicken and had order on uber eats. They didn't have that item no more but didn't take it off the menu. I had told her I wouldtake a turkey sandwich instead. I also added that they should take it off the menu if they were not going to sell it no more.She immediately responded with cancel the order we wont make your sandwich. I?m beyond upset with this location, I can?t even explain how upset I am. They take way too long, there?s literally always just... one person making the sandwiches and is extremely slow and rude. The line is literally all the way to the entrance and theseemployees are acting as if there is only one person in line. I really did enjoy coming to this location since is very convenientfor me because it is close to my job. However after the last couple of times that I have been here I have experienced nothingbut slow help. This place used to be great but after the last few times that I?ve been here I cannot explain how horrible it isnow. And, the employees should at least dress accordingly.
