I can get past the fact that they are out of certain things but the old woman running the register is just plain rude and acts... like it's an inconvenience to serve the customers in the establishment that she chose to work at. Will never come back to thislocation. I'd rather deal with the crowd at love's to get service from someone that actually appreciates having a job Read more

The server (I think her name was Clara) could not get done with my order fast enough. I clearly wasn't welcome there so I likely... won't be back for a long time. She kept trying to finish order after every ingredient and I got tired enough of her folding andunfolding my sandwich that I told her it was done. She was also rude to her coworker because after my sandwich was done, shejust about threw it at him to wrap up. Read more

This store has rude customer service. The employee put big globs of mustard on sandwich and cheese melted on paper and not on... the sandwich. When brought to employees attention she just ignored the customer. We felt like we were bothering the employeemaking our sandwiches because that is the impression that she gave us. Read more

2 employees working (one wearing sandles-against safety regs). Every table dirty in store, even though we were the only... customers. Staff also didn't know how to scan the app to add points to my rewards. This store could definitely use bettertraining. Read more

Ok. In a busy restaurant about half full of customers, is it acceptable to to tell someone who rolled into the store in a wheel... chair and your employee yelled at the top her lungs, ?sir you need to have working legs and walk into this location? and bringunwanted attention to someone who is, Visually different then the norm? Ok how is it Acceptable to do this with someone notwearing a mask? Your Employee seen a physical trait that was considered different then normal in today?s day and age. When Iwalked into this location, I did not get a greeting, or like most of the time, silence until I order food. When I walked intothis location, my greeting was a employee yelling at me loud enough that people in the parking lot probably head her clearly. ?Sir you have to wearing a mask to be in here?. But I wasn?t walking out I had more then 6 feet of distance in every direction.Well she continued to repeat herself like I and everyone on the block couldn?t hear her the first time. But added ?it?s on thedoor sir?. So I asked her a simple question. ?Do you want my Business or not?. I had to repeat it three times, probably becauseher ears were ringing like every one else in the restaurant. Her response was ? No I want you to wear a mask?. There is more butthis already long winded. And the sign on the door is so small Unless your looking you won?t see it. And it does not say thatmask are mandatory or else, it asks to were one. I will never, step foot in this location again and it will probably affectsubway as an option in the future. Read more

Most of the time it's good.. I went today and ordered online. I ordered a Turkey, bacon, quamole wrap. It had no Turkey, bacon... or quacmole. I called to tell them and said they needed to make it right. The guy on the phone told me he was the manager andargued with me. Really..is a manager ever supposed to argue with a customer? NEVER! I won't be going back there!! He told me hesaw the guy put that on my wrap...well I didn't get it, and he kept arguing with me. Read more
