It was slow service took me about twenty minutes to get a cup and on top of that there were children chasing each other around... and throwing hand sanitizer around the restaurant was very dirty and unsanitary there was lots of garbage on the floors over alla horrible place i DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL Read more
My boyfriend & I traveled through here after finishing RAGBRAI on 7/30 and the drive thru staff that day were so nice! Not only... that, the food we got was literally commercial quality. After riding our bikes all week the food obviously looked and tastedamazing, but it was like the perfect bun and perfectly placed ingredients that it just looked like the most fantastic meal we'dever eaten! We ordered 2 fries and some drinks. Waited over 20 minutes to receive fries ???? so old and fried they were crunchier then any... potato chip and cold! Like they were nasty! Waste of our time and money! Read more
Very modern McDonald?s. Seemed clean other than the garbages overflowing. We used the kiosk to order. Food came out fast and... correct. The staff was yelling at each other about their breaks very loudly at one point. Overall though, a good experience.Would go back. Read more
I don't like to complain, but this is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to! For as long as our wait was, the food should... have been hot and fresh but it was not! The fries were stale and my sandwich was barely warm with way too much sauce.Practically every time we take our kids here, that is the service we get. Oelwein needs some other fast food restaurants! Place is a dump, the wait is awful (15 mins for one sandwich), and they never get the order right anyway
