This is the BEST Pizza Ranch our family has visited, and we?ve been to plenty, even in several different states. The first clue... to how awesome they were was the fact that they had several fresh pizzas on the buffet line moments before it closed. I lovethat they kept it fresh and stocked even in anticipation of closing it down. Our family of six came in about 13 minutes afterthe buffet had closed. We didn?t realize it, and they never made us feel bad about it. They only mentioned it in order to tellus that it was technically closed, so if there was a pizza we wanted and didn?t see, just let them know and they would make itfor us. We mentioned wanting to watch the Field of Dreams MLB baseball game on TV, and she went over and above to find it on TVfor us and turn it up so we could hear. The serving team didn?t clean up the salad bar until they were sure we were done. Next,she asked if we wanted any special dessert and put it a chocolate cookie for us and told us to make sure and get some ice cream,too. My kids were so happy! Just ok...again another rude employee...the first time we ordered a pizza for there and got our drinks and table and waited.... They had it boxed up for some reason and the gal just literally threw it on our table and walked right off like she didn't givea heck. It was very rude....this last time the gal that took our order (which was buffet for 2 adults and one child ) acted allhuffy and then gave us only 2 glasses for our drinks and when asked for another glass for our grandchild she was like uggghhhyeah I guess and handed me one. The floors have been filthy everytime we have gown. And they weren't coming by to clear platesas they should. Read more
Love the chicken and potato wedges at this pizza ranch. I told my mother they should call it the chicken ranch instead. The... pizza was ok but I didn't really care for it. The crust was nicely browned on the bottom but the top was a little greasy andthere was an off flavor to it. we ate at the buffet which is a great value. Would have gave more stars but something I bit intoon a breadstick chipped a tooth. I think I will stick to the chicken. Read more
Only gave a four star rating because when we first arrived we were greeted by the nasty attitude of a young lady that should... have not been talking to customers. Her name tag was clearly labeled CASSANDRA and my husband made mention that she had the samename but different spelling with our daughter. She was very nasty. When we we asked about a special pizza because of a foodallergy, she placed the order but the order came out wrong and she totally lied to the server about it.
