The O?fallon IL location is a testimony to what true customer service is all about! The catering order I placed online was never... pushed to them and I had requested a pick up time a few hours early within the order. When I called that morning to see if theorder was ready, they hadn?t even seen it - by no fault of theirs. No only did they scramble to throw the order together for mefor an 11am lunch (I called at 10), the manager Robin drove to the client office where the lunch was being held and brought ussoup bowls that had been left out of the box. Robin and her whole team went above and beyond and truly made the lunch a success,and my day was stress free!! Amazing teamwork and I can?t thank you all enough! Read more
Excellent, friendly service. My first time here and I'll be back. I highly recommend the broccoli salad. Oh!! also the chicken... salad with cranberries ans almonds, sorry I can't remember the name. Of you're going to have a drink, get the Strawberry tea, Icould taste real Strawberries and it wasn't overly sweet. Keep up the excellent work!!!! Read more

We ordered the Classic Carol on a croissant with broccoli salad for the side and Fancy Nancy on white bread with fresh fruit... for the side. I think next time Id order without the bread. You get a fair amount of food and it was delicious. The dining roomhad plenty of seating and the bathroom decor was adorable. Read more
For this being my first time here, I was more than impressed! The menu screams 'healthy choices', so being a diabetic, I was not... forced to get something I didn't want. The food was great and very tasty! The service was fantastic as was the atmosphere! Therewere 5 of us being served and we received our meal so fast! Very clean!!
