This was an average BBQ place. The biggest positive was the size of the restaurant. Thankfully it's not small. The main food... was good. We got Ribs and Brisket Tacos. The tacos were full of meat and the crispy shell was really good. Excel soda? Ehh. Idon't love it. I grew up on ski but I prefer other options now and ski is the only excel flavor I like. Only one sauce option?I was surprised by that. But OK... It was fine. Nothing special. The deal breaker for us is the size of the sides. We try allBBQ restaurants both locally and while traveling... and this was far and away the smallest serving size of side items we've everhad. We paid $4 for the platter option for the ribs (2 sides and cornbread I believe)... Then another $1 upcharge for that tinyamount of Mac and Cheese? What?!? I was shocked. I'd probably choose to go to a different BBQ place in the future... Simplybecause I love sides! Give me a big scoop of Mac and cheese and then some... Overall everything was good, but I can't get pastthe tiny side servings... Not for those prices. Oh and where is butter and/or honey for that cornbread. It was good but dry andneeded something! They have many great options for BBQ! The Brisket Tacos, Hot Chicken Tacos, and Hot Chicken Sandwich are great! They have a... large selection of sides that are delicious also... the grits being the best in my opinion along with the green beans, mac ncheese, and banana pudding. If you haven't tried this place yet I suggest you go have a seat at the bar and ask Shae to makeyou drink while your food is being prepared! Read more
Today was our third time at Edley?s and it never disappoints! I tried their special- the brisket melt, and it was full of... flavorful lean brisket, carmelized onions and cheese and the bread was grilled perfectly. So good! The owner stopped by ourtable to introduce himself, tell us their plans for the future and thank us for our business, which was a pleasant surprise.We?re hooked and will keep recommending Edley?s to our friends and family! The red sauce is sweet and smoky. The meat (brisket and pork) were a lot fattier than I care for (and it wasn?t easy to... separate). Service was fast and friendly. There are a lot of TVs. The front door is on the corner away from the road ? not thedoors that are open on the side facing the main road like it looks. The outdoor space with fireplace looks awesome. Hubby saystheir bbq beans were good. The cornbread has misc peppers in it. Gotta love excel soda :-). Read more

First complaint, the BBQ is so good here it should be illegal ????. Definitely one of my new favorites. We didn't plan on going... here but when we saw a BBQ sign and a crowded parking lot we knew we were in for something good. This place has a greatatmosphere! Whoever setup the layout and theme nailed it! Great staff, very clean, food is ridiculously good (especially thebrisket), nice selection of food and drinks. We will be back for sure and the word will be spread like wildfire. ???? Read more

We ordered 2 BBQ chicken sandwich. One was a combo but the combo, an extra $4 was for 2 sides and no drink. The sandwich was... delicious but had peppers on it which was not disclosed.. made it a bit too spicy for us. Overall good food but would have beenbetter minus the peppers Read more
