The service here was amazing. The food was really good. This is one of the few places where you can get the famous Dole whip.
I've been doing so many errands & family emergencies. I had to take a moment for self & clear my head for a moment. I've been... wanting to treat myself to Hawaiian Bros Island which is a new franchise in the O'Fallon, IL area. The building is so cutesomewhat the image of a hut, great design by the way. I went to the drive-thru, I was greased quickly & the price are prettyfair for the amount of food that's given. I ordered the Honolulu plate, I added pineapples. So delicious I want more greenonions next time. I don't like pasta salad but it ldidnt have a strong smell like other dresing have so I tried it & it was sogood. I enjoyed everything. White rice is my favorite & I had plenty. I was able to enjoy my food no phn calls & I enjoyed myquiet time eating Hawaiian Bros Island in my car in the sun. Made me wish I was back I Hawaii. Went for dinner. The kiosk method of ordering is not as intuitive as one would think. Almost every party that came in needed... assistance from an employee. The food did come out VERY quick and was well prepared. I was a bit annoyed with employees ontheir phones behind the counter while I waited to pay at the register. Fast service, But food was put into a tiny to go container. Put the macaroni salad on top of the hot rice and the the hot pork.... Cold food shouldn?t be put on hot food! I had to eat the macaroni first to get to the rice. Seriously you just opened and Ihave to give you a bad review. Such a shame. This is $2.5 before tax looks like. 2h wait.Tastes isn?t authentic but good when you need sodium. Soft serve is powderish I... cannot figure out what it is. I noticed all 5 stars reviews were based on free meals at Opening weekend. I am curious to see howpeople think of $16 lunch plate. Opening day was horrible because everyone was stress out and rude. Great food, good to have something so delicious and different in our area. Ayla helped us place our order and was very kind and... professional, good atmosphere and we?ll be back for sure. I had the Kilauea chicken, very flavorful, spicy and the portions aregood, more than I can eat. We got a dole whip to top it off, smooth and not overly sweet. Mahalo Hawaiian Bros! Read more
The food is amazing I got the Huli Huli chicken with seasoned vegetables and Mac. It was full of flavor and I'll be going back... tomorrow. Best part is everything is healthy and loved the soft serve. Check it out. Read more
Wow, I was looking forward to this and an extremely disappointed. The rice was good that?s about it. Meat has a weird texture... almost rubbery. I was hoping the dole whip would save the place but it failed too. Read more
