Horrible! The sour dough buns weren't toasted. The French fries were burnt. The egg rolls were burnt. The soda machine was out... of order and I still haven't received an email back from customer service. I will never go back to this Jack in the Box againand I recommend you stay very far away. So they tried to have me contact them and the contact information is to a not availablepage. If you're going to try to respond to someone leave an email to resolve the problem. Read more
Very unclean! Rude Staff! Go a few miles further and get better service! Trash is over flowing, floor sticky and gross! ... Drink machine out of Dr. Pepper! No one in any type of uniform. Lady in purple shirt on 8/15/22 does not need to be working incustomer service!!! Read more
I went through this drive thru, ordered my food, drove 15 minutes home to find that the burger I ordered did not have a burger... on it. I called the restaurant 8 times, the phone was never answered and I was unable to leave a voicemail due to it being full.Tacos were extremely greasy and not fresh either. Read more
This location is one of the worst run fast food places I've experienced. This is my 3rd time ordering at the drive through and... it will be my last. All 3 times they were not ready to take my order and said "hold on one moment" when I pulled up. I wrotethis review while waiting and they still have not replied. 8 minutes and counting. I literally think the crew just hopes peoplewill get fed up and drive off. At least 1 car has pulled away each time I've come. They didnt make the orders right. Tacos and fries were old and very greasy. The burgers were cold and the sour dough bread was... not toasted. There even was a LONG BLONDE HAIR in the 50/50 fries. Took 20 minutes to get my food after ordering. Drive thruperson was rude. Tacos were so old they were stuck to the wrappers. Will never go back. Unprofessional staff. Jack in the box is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but I would never go back here. Unfortunately... when I went inside the staff were to busy to take the order for over 10 minutes so I left(during the afternoon, with only me inthe line). But the drive thru was just as bad a few days later the staff were standing outside smoking when I pulled up and Iwas told they weren't taking orders anymore during business hours (around 9pm on a week day).
