We waited in line for 15 mintues before any cars ever even moved. Got to the first window, didn't get greeted, the only thing... said was our total while the employee stood and talked to another employee. Got to the second window, not greeted again, handedfood nothing said to us. Extremely rude. Last time we were there we waited for more than 30 minutes in line. Read more
Fries not cooked. Burgers raw. Nobody at window. Forget attitude, the service was straight up ANGRY at having to be at work.... Look I'm all for worker solidarity and all but don't make me throw out uncooked food, thanks. This is actually my fault forthinking to grab a quick bite at such a garbage chain. McDonald's, you suck. Dirty... Tables had not been cleaned, there was trash on the floor, and lots of flies around the area of the dining room where... we sat. The service was terrible.. our order was wrong and we asked for a set of utensils and a displeased employee walked tothe back of the kitchen only to not return with anything. Another employee did come to ask what we needed and brought a setback a few moments later. The food was fine but everything else was as bad as any McDonalds I have been to. Read more
I usually avoid posting reviews on chain restaurants and stores because they're all pretty darn similar. But this McDonald's... avoid and find another one. Went to the kiosk and ordered my food and then stood around for another 20 minutes waiting for ahamburger fries and a filet of fish. My frozen drink was half melted. The staff just didn't care if I was there or not. Read more
This place lacks customer service. As placing our order the cashier was interrupting us as we were giving our order. (This... should have been our sign to leave) We get at the window our order is wrong, but cashier had the nerve to " you'll have to getback in line and reordered" ma'am you messed up our order???????. She leaves to act like she was getting the manager, but cameback drinking a shake ask us to pull up to wait on our deluxe chicken sandwich. We waited for over 10 mins for an order wealready ordered. The new general manager is unprofessional and unconcerned about providing great customer service. I?ve seen the general manager ... toting a ton of personal bags into the restaurant as she goes in to work, as if she lives in her car, which is a very tacky,unhygienic behavior and look. Another manager was walking around with HAIR SPRAY products in her back pocket, and that?sdisgusting and gross. This McDonald?s has a new look, but the appearance of the general manager makes it look like a junk yard.I?ve also heard rumors that they demote African American managers and replace them with Caucasian ones, which seems racist in myopinion. This McDonald?s has gone to the slumps since the new ownership. The general manager needs to be replaced because herappearance alone says sloppy, and then that?s followed up with her carefree attitude. Get it together McDonald?s. This was agreat place before the new general manager and ownership. Personally, I believe there?s a risk that the general manager could bebringing in pests with all the loads of personal bags she brings into the restaurant. Yuck. The staff & food quality was great. However, the food ordering kiosk requires some updates to it's software. After selecting... your food, you get two choices; 1) "Add to your order" or 2) "View your order". If you are finished ordering your food the 2dselection does not intuitively suggest it's the choice to pay for your food. I suggest a 3d choice which simply states;"Purchase/Pay for your order". Came by to grab a bite around 9:30 PM on Saturday, November 12th and I was greeted with rudeness, plus a ?don?t care? attitude... from the people working there. Not a big deal, but when I got my food the burger I got had parts of the bun that were soggy andI also didn?t get what I asked for on it. Soda also tasted like cough syrup.
