Absolutely the worst McDonalds in the area. I haven't been here for a couple years because it was terrible. Decided to give it a... try today and every reason why I stopped coming here was reaffirmed. After 18 minutes waiting, my big mac was not stackedproperly, burnt pattys, and about a half a cup of onions thrown on it. When the food was picked up was told they were out offountain drinks, and have to go through the app to get a refund. Employee wasn't necessarily rude, but definitely hated beingthere and didn't care about anything. I will not be coming back to this location again. Learned my lesson twice now. Read more
Worst Staff, rude rude and rude. We are from our of town. Arrived at 9:15pm, was told lobby was closed, but drive thu was open... until 10pm. Went to drive thru, and was told " We are closed". So I went to McDonald's on my lunch hr used my points. I had to do it three times to use my points for 3 items. The girl... brought my food out pretty much threw it at me and said heres ur order. I looked in the bags and I was missing one thing went tosay something and she completely ignored me. So I just left. Then I ate the McChicken which by the way was smashed and the friestasted like they weren't fully cooked and there was no salt on them. My 2 year old daughter was setting up to eat her happy meal when we discovered a dead fly in her fries. Highly disappointed and... disgusted. Luckily, she saw it when I poured her fries into the nugget container. Read more
