Very rude delivery drive ANN she called me to ask if I was only tipping her .55 cent, I round my total to an even amount, upon... arrival I give cash. I work in healthcare night 7/8 and wanted something easy and good. After arriving she through my pizza onthe counter and said are you the one that ordered I stated yes she then through my receipt at me and I told her do to herattitude she had she was not getting any tip. She then rolled her eyes and said ?yeah yeah? and walked out. I spoke to Ashleywho was the night shift manger and was very helpful in taking care of the issue, hats off to the cooks it was amazing pizzabut because of ANN attitude I will not order from there again I will not put up with such behavior. My order was very late, took 90 minutes to get to me, but, when i called the store the manager explained there was only one... driver working and took half off the order total. She was very nice, apologetic, and gave me an expected arrival time which wasaccurate. I understand staffing shortages, and her willingness to make sue i was taken care of was commendable. Read more
Recent experiences have been outstanding! Pizza has been hot and very fresh. I have been hooked on the large, pepperoni, Italian... sausage, and red onion pan pizza. I'm not sure when or what has changed, but keep up the great work. The delivery team has beenvery friendly! Read more
Arrived with a short window of time to pick up my previously ordered pizza to get to my work holiday party. Just minutes before... I found out several district, and branch executives were coming. I did not have enough pizza for them and when I arrived(clearly upset and worried) I ask Jennifer (GM) if it would be possible to order more and how long. She smiled and said"today's your day". She was calibrating her ovens and happened to have a few pizzas she could GIFT ME FOR FREE!!!! Seriouslyshe saved my party!
