If you want chicken don't go to this location. I went tonight they had only breast. I went about 2 weeks ago and I was told... something similar. They didn't have apple pie either which was the only thing I was planning to order a couple of weeks ago.Each time I sat in line at least 15 minutes only to leave empty handed. Customer service: cashier acted annoyed we were there. We were told they are out of sandwiches when I tried ordering a sandwich... combo, ordered chicken strips instead they were ok. Ordered Cajun rice on the side it looked and tasted burnt. Ordered biscuitsand was told there is no butter. Will never come back here. The place isn?t even that old and it?s disgusting. Food was good, but it is the ONLY Popeyes I have been to in the last 8+ years including locations in NC and other states that... said I would have to pay extra for a sauce cup after spending just over $20 on 2 meals because I ordered sandwiches not tenders.I have never had an issue with getting a cup of sauce prior to this, even at this location. Usually I won't mind paying forextra sauce, but not when informed that I had to pay for it like she was talking down to a child. Food seemed like was cooked in extremely old oil and had a severe foul taste, making the family meal inedible. I reached out to... Popeyes to give them feedback on the substandard food, which is something I never do. I even saved the chicken to return to themso they could actually see and smell what they gave me. They contacted the manager and passed on my contact info. After onemonth, no response. I contacted corporate again, and after an additional three weeks, still no response. Ordered spicy chicken and was told it would take 25 minutes. Cool I can wait. 30 minutes later I asked for an update. It?s... coming up. 45 minutes another update. The young man called to the back and the other said 12 minutes. So that asked if I wantedmild instead I said ?Sure?. After waiting this long might as well switch. The both them waited another 5 minutes and stillnothing. I literally wasted an hour of my day standing in this place. To top this all off the old lady manage is sitting in theback of the restaurant eating her chicken talking on her phone while I?m still waiting. I?m super hot didn?t raise my voice orcause a scene.
