Took a good 40 minutes to get my mobile order. Barista very rude and snarky. Messy restaurant/Floor, tables and counter full of... trash. My drink was wrong but I didn?t get it corrected. Drinks and orders on counter for the 40+ minutes I waited and peoplewere literally picking up drinks that didn?t belong to them and putting them back even after taking a taste because they weren?ttheirs! Definitely holds to the standards of Starbucks that's ive been too. It was insanely busy and they were straightforward with us... about the wait. Only issue is they did mess up a couple orders. It wasn't the baristas fault. It ended up being the cashier whoput in the order wrong unfortunately. Other than that it was a good Starbucks! Read more

I had ordered ahead (2 drinks) like I do with the Collinsville Starbucks because I do not have time to be sitting and waiting... for 15 to 20 mins for a drink to be made and when I had showed up the drink was not made and the ice was starting to melt (nobig deal) at first if I was just walking in grabbing my drinks ( like expected) and leaving. Yet I had to wait for my 2nd drinkto be made due to the ?barista? apparently not know how to follow directions clearly given on the app as all other Starbucksunderstood. I will not be returning to this Starbucks ever again and will continue to go to surrounding Starbucks likeCollinsville located off bluff road or even Shiloh located off green mount! And I had to go back because the drink they had mewait on to make was wrong! And she immediately went over to another associate after having being asked 2 times to please makethe drink correctly how it was ordered at 4:01pm and it is now 4:41 and I am not getting my drink made and correctly! Great place and they have lots of staff to help with how busy it gets but WiFi doesn?t work here so you cannot do any work here
