Ordered curbside pickup due to a bad leg injury. Received a notification my order was complete and followed the instructions.... After 45 minutes of waiting I called the restaurant I rudely told and I quote ?if you really want your food why don?t you get upand get it? then was hung up on. The curbside pickup is a SCAM and the food is not worth digesting! Whatever food you have athome eat it, trust me! Read more
I strongly suggest you use cash when purchasing food from this particular location. My credit card was compromised shortly after... I left the store. The employees put a credit card skimmer inside of their cc/debit card device. Isaiah, John and all of theother employees that are in on this credit card fraud. TLDR: multiple obvious health code violations and neither of the two workers cared. Walked in to no greeting, both employees... were teenage boys (maybe slightly older?). Boy 1 was sitting on the counter, got off when we walked in, but his drink was out inthe open (2 major health violations). We walked over to start our order, boy 2 wasn't paying attention and was startled when henoticed us. Boy 1 did nothing to help, when the other employee was clearly inexperienced. No manager to be seen, and I find ithard to believe either of the 2 workers have their food safety handlers license (another huge violation, since they were theonly ones in the store). Service was Friendly, Employees Greeted Customers with a Smile! Vegetables were fresh & appealing, bread was fresh & soft.... Dining area clean. Line flowed nicely! Food prepared to customers request. Looked very appetizing while waiting to order. Mademe order more than I intended. Ordered Pizza, 12" Sweet Onion Teriyaki, 12" Spicy Italian couldn't pass up those freshly madecookies. Made it an even Dozen. Terrific Staff! This place is terrible! Very filthy and needs to be shut down! I don?t understand why Subways in general cannot keep their... stores clean! Also managers, please tell your employees that just because you wear gloves it doesn?t constitute sanitation - asyou move to the microwave and stove with your gloves on and then handle my sandwich with those same gloved hands!????This isutterly disgusting! And wash your hands before you put your gloves on! That is food handling 101! I see why Subways are goingunder! Most of the stores I go into are trashed and the workers have no sense of urgency all the while running their nastyuniform over your sandwich while making it! Also clean the knives or put them in ice water to keep them clean between eachperson?s order. It isn?t that hard! I am not even in food service and I know this. Keep the area where sandwiches are made spicand span! I get it that things can get a little disorderly during rush hour but my visits are generally later in the day and onweekends and the place is dead and the workers are just standing around on their cell phones and the place is still a hotfreaking mess! 4 stars because it's a clean establishment, quality is always good and I've never had a problem with the sandwich makers. I... used to go almost every Sunday but slowed down to once every month or so because the manager (owner?) would often be there onweekends. The problem is, in his zeal to have a good time and be engaging with his customers he seemed to forget that sometimespeople just want a sandwich... Awkward joking around with his staff and annoying attempts to draw every customer into aconversation made you wish the sandwich makers would hurry up. If that happens again it'll be the last time I go to thisspecific establishment. Read more
Worst subway experience I have had in awile. Employees fight with each other in front of customers. Was not asked what I want on... sandwich made the was the employee wanted to make it. Will not be coming back here again. Read more
