My wife and I took a day trip to Fairview Heights to do some shopping and we stopped by O'Fallon at Syberg's to eat some lunch.... Having never been there we didn't know what to expect. The place is a little old but it's not bad old, it has some character; weenjoyed it very much. My wife ordered a Chipotle chicken sandwich that had bacon and cheese, she enjoyed that quite a bit. Iordered a Cajun Shrimp dinner. I loved it, it was shrimp in pasta with Alfredo sauce which was spiced up with cajun spices, itwas very good, enjoyed it immensely. The side salads were just absolutely outstanding. We have never had a better side saladanywhere; it was fresh, crisp, and cool. The dressing was great, good little salad. The waiter was very attentive and helpfuland answered questions. As much as I want to give them 5 stars it's just really hard to get 5 stars from me. Read more

There have been many times we have driven past this restaurant and did not stop in to try it. Well, this time we did stop in. My... wife ordered the spicy fish tacos with a salad and I actually had the breaded fish basket. Both dishes were so good. And theserver was on her A game. Whoever said Syberg?s has good wings was definitely lying. They were soggy, fat and skin was flobbing off, the sauce wasn?t even... good, not to mention the ranch, marinara sauce, and more was straight from a bottle. They didn?t even try to make ranch inhouse. The only good thing was the garlic cheese bread. Marinara sauce wasn?t good either. Read more
The Food is pretty good here, i like their salads . I gave 3 and 4 stars for service and atmosphere because the place seemed a... tad dirty as far as the floors. I think the ofallon one just needs a good deep clean but other than that it was good. And thestaff could use a brush up on customer service but it wasn't horrible. My only complaint would be for the wait staff to give youtime to look over the menu and not ask what you'd like as soon as you sit down. Read more
