I got an order of Bimbimbap and it was so good, can't remember what my partner got but he loved it too. Service was really... sweet, we were running a bit late due to a small emergency and they called to just to check in on us. They were really sweetand patient, their service was excellent! We were greeted at the door by a couple of people and immediately taken to a table and brought menus. The assortment was great... and we decided on sushi. What a great choice. Being from the gulf coast we get fresh seafood here all the time but their sushihad amazing fresh fish on all of the sushi. The flavor was too notch and the assortment was great. Had a dinner date at You Korean & Japanese Sushi tonight. The food was so good!! We had the Firecracker Sushi and Vegetable... Tempura and the Sushi that was topped with Mango for appetizers and I ordered the Bulgogi and he ordered the Chap Chae...it wasso tender and flavorful!! We had an outstanding dinner at You Korean & Japanese restaurant last night. It was our first visit, and we look forward to... returning the next time we are in the area. We arrived for an early dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our meal: the California Roll,the Red Dragon Roll, the Yummy Roll, Bluefin Tuna nigiri, and the Gyoza Soup. My family and I went to You Korean & Japanese for dinner the other day after a day of Christmas shopping. Business was slow... (unsurprising for a cold Monday night), so there was no wait to get a table. The woman who took our order was friendly, andenjoyed making conversation and cooing over my baby niece. While we waited for our food, my sister-in-law and I enjoyed browsingin the little food market they had between the dining area and the restrooms. I ordered the beef bulgoki, and it was fantastic.My mom tasted mine (she ordered the teriyaki chicken) and said she wished she'd have ordered it as well. They had good optionsfor the pickier eaters (such as my mom's teriyaki chicken or the chicken katsu that my dad and brother both ordered), but Ithink the pickier eaters were missing out. WOW...JUST WOW!! Best sushi I've had in my life!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!! Service was top notch and food was... impeccable ???? I came upon this place by looking for a place to eat, and reading reviews on Google. This place did notdisappoint!! They have such a large sushi menu, with so many options. We got 3 different rolls. We decided to go for differentrolls that you normally can't get anywhere else. We got the Maui Roll, Yummy Roll, and Ichiban Roll...they were all so good!! I normally am not a fan of deep fried rolls, but these were so good!! We both said the Maui roll was our favorite, which isweird, because I dont like mango, and that mango on there made my tastebuds pop, and burst with flsame. Some of the rolls saidthey were spicy. I normally can not do spicy, but they were not too spicy for me at all. I honestly could not taste the spice atall. However, the rolls were full of flavor, extremely fresh, did not fall apart, and like I said...the BEST sushi I've ever hadin my entire life. We also got some fried rice, and it was so good! Was not dried out like most fried rice. It was full offlavor. They also brought out a sauce to put on your fried rice...it was a little too spicy for me though, so I didn't do thatsauce. The owner also brought us out some spicy crab meat to try...it was delicious. Not too spicy at all. Everything we hadwas so good.
