Ordered Applebee's baby back ribs that ate supposed to "fall off the bone". The ribs were so dried out and tough it wasn't... edible. Paid to have it delivered with Uber Eats because I'm getting over the flu otherwise, I would've taken it back myself. Idoubt they would've tried serving that to someone sitting in their restaurant. DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD HERE. My 16 y/o used his debit card here and was double charged and several weeks later Applebee?s... charged his card again for $50.95. He?s a teenager and we now have to deal with Applebee?s stealing from him yet again!! I willnever use a debit or a credit card here ever again. One of their workers is responsible for this fraud by keeping customersdebit card info to randomly charge ppl and I will be getting O?Fallon police involved to investigate this restaurant. Read more
I enjoyed a nice relaxing lunch. I had the french dip roast beef sandwich and it tastes great but a bit sloppier than expected.... The place was clean and the service was friendly like one expects from an Applebee's franchise. The double crunch buffalowings were a nice appetizer. Read more

This person was attentive... without being overbearing, friendly, efficient, good humored and professional! I am talking about Rachel B.
