Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered a cake online on Thursday for my wife?s birthday on Sunday. Called on Sunday... morning to check the order status and was nonchalantly told that their baker had been out of town all week. They hadn?t botheredto let me know so I had time to order from another store. They didn?t apologize or ask how they could make it right. And to topit off, they told me I have to come back to the store to get my refund processed. Never again will I give BR my business. Read more
The one star is for the Chocolate Chip Ice Cream I love. I have been to this Baskin Robbins three to four times in the last... couple of weeks. When you ask for a flavor on the list in drive thru they are always out. You finally make your order, and itseems there is always someone at the window just conversing with the employees. When you get to the window, ooopsy they don'thave any waffle cones. This is a trend not a one off. The employees are not friendly or helpful. I feel as if I am botheringthem. When you try to get a pint of ice cream and they are out, but they have it in the display case, they just don't want topack it for you, as you have to ask, and get "oh, uuhhhh, yeah, I guess I can pack it" Who trains these people? Need a to hireone or two good employees to set the example at night. I will see if the other Baskins are like this in the area. I might haveto stop eating there ice cream. Read more
Worst Baskin Robbins ever! They have told me that Baskin Robbins doesn't have chocolate fudge ice cream any longer. I contacted... corporate office and that is untrue. You can get that flavor at Baskin Robbins on Main Street. I've been to this location twicein the last few weeks. Both times, I was told they didn't have chocolate mint chip ice cream. Seriously?!?! This is a stapleflavor! I've ordered this for year's. The first time, the extremely polite employee was unaware until I had already paid. Hehad to ask manager to do a refund. Manager was rude, didn't want to be bothered and berated him for not knowing. Why is thisstore never supplied? I'm going to Main Street location now. They are polite and stocked. Read more
First of all who is running this place? Four teenagers who have no concept of customer service. We ordered, were not informed... how many toppings or asked if it was for here or to go. The server was not accommodating or knowledgeable. He said nothingabout paying until I asked. And what's up with the loud rap music playing behind the counter? Workers are extremely unprofessional. Goofed off the entire time we were inside and did not know the answers to simple pricing... questions. They need better training and customer skills. The workers that we interacted with were nice to us but short temperedwith staff. Read more
Arrived 20 min before they closed. The two employees did not say anything to us. They were hateful, sad people. We had to ask... for them to get off their high horse and scoop a few cups of ice cream. After that amazing feat, they told us there were nospoons. Which means they didn't want us to sit down and eat. I have met rude people but these two were the worst. They shouldquit or be fired. We will never go back here. Read more
Never had a good experience the 3 times I've went to this location. So I figured I'd review it. The first time I went by on a... Friday evening and made sure to get there at least 30 minutes prior to closing because I understand clean up and wanting toleave work on time Well I got there 45 minutes before close and there were cars in the parking lot and people inside. Nobodyanswered me at the drive through. Bunch of lazy high school and college kids I guess. 45 minutes prior to close just because youdon't want to work is unbelievable. Second time I went I used dunkin and my drink was wrong. Not to big of a deal it stilltasted pretty good despite it probably being some other mobile order and it wasn't worth the drive back. Third and last timewas today 7/23/2022 went around noon and asked to get 2 quarts of ice cream. I tied the cashier I didn't care if they were handpacked or pre packed whatever was easiest. I tell them I want the oreo stores flavor which is a summer flavor and the beach daywhich is also a summer seasonal flavor. Somehow they say they are out of both. I highly doubt you are out of both. You probablyjust didn't want to hand pack them because they weren't pre packed. All in all this is the worst location for Baskin Robbins/dunkin. I'd rather drive to the city because at least the workers at that location aren't lazy high school kids. Read more
Ordered a cake a month ago. Was supposed to get it on the 23rd. I got there during my pick up time and the store was closed. I... have called corporate multiple times. All they can do is send me a $20 gift card. The cake was $40. Only the store can give me arefund but the store never posts their hours and they are closed at random times. Currently disputing this with my credit cardcompany. Wasn't given any warning the store was closing and have yet to hear from the store owner. Never ordering from themagain. And don't count on corporate to help you with anything because they have no knowledge about what goes on in their store. Read more
